Black spots near

    My ryukin goldfish as this little black spot on the edge of his right gill, is this bad?how can i get rid of it?

    What are your readings for ammonia, nitrIte, and nitrAte?

    It seems to be goin away but now he seems to bee rapidly swimming around the walls and corners of his tank

    It could be ammonia burn since I don't think you cycled the tank before adding him. For the time being, do a water change.
