Well I got a responce letter to the certified one i sent the people that owned the dog that hurt Boo. They ask for my theory on liability and proof.

So i'm sending them the legal definition of Liability and I'm sending them a list of damages and the prices, vet bills and photos.

I guess their trying to buy more time. So I, as nice as I am... invited them over to meet Boo!!!! LOL..... one way or another. THeir gonna pay for the damages. If not with cash, with their conciences!!!

Anyhow. Boo's doing great. he had a bad abcess blow out on his neck so he has a big gaping wound on it. But other than that. We do aqua therapy, we wash and clean the wounds twice daily, stretch and exersize his legs and medicate... I'm gonna try to find a tub big enough that he can sorta swim in. Other than that. Everyday we just hope for the best and watch his improvement. Hes starting to trot and jog a bit. And i make him walk up hills and step over things and encourage him to use his legs as much as possible.

I'll get updated photos soon I hope!!!

I'm happy to hear he's doing better! He's lucky to have someone that cares about him so much.

But man are they trying to buy time. Let's see you come home, find their dog dragging Boo around by his neck and then you had to fend him off with a rake. You'd think that would be proof enough!

Just make sure you blow those pic up extra big so they get to see all of the details!

Were you planning to take them to court? Because if so, I would worry about sending them too much correspondence beforehand. Sometimes that sort of thing can backfire. Unless you can just scare the crap out of them so they don't want to go to court and agree to pay you!

I'm glad Boo is doing better. Poor little guy!

The lawyer said it would probably be ok to send photos and stuff. Just not too much information on his care.

Oh, well that's good! I don't know much about lawyer stuff except that whatever common sense says to do is probably NOT the right thing, LOL.

    lol Jamiya. That's SO true!

I'm so glad to see Boo's doing well and recovering from this awful ordeal. I can't imagine what you've been through, and are still going through. Whatever you're doing is working though, so congrats to you, superwoman
