Both of my cats...

are having urinary problems now! Is it a coincidence? Or the food change to Natural Balance a few months ago. The pet store lady ( :roll: I know) said it was good for urinary issues because of the low magnesium and dried cranberry. Now I have almost a whole bag I'm giving away! Or could it be that I put that deterrent spray can in the kitchen and they both stayed out of the kitchen too much and didn't drink enough water?? :?

Copper started having blood in his urine night before last and I got him/them prescription food. Now Sabrina is running back and forth to the litter box and leaving several little bitty clumps in there. She has always made more than one trip to the box--pooing in one trip and peeing in the other. But now it's just pee. She hasn't gone out of the box, so I can't see any blood. Hopefully I've caught hers early because she usually likes to go on something soft like my comforter or the dog bed when she's having problems.

It all seems to come at once, doesn't it?

Sadie dawg is scheduled for her biannual CBC and checkup on Saturday. I've managed to get a pretty good credit built up at the vets for this (I buy her food there and I give them extra every week)
So last night I was up with her every 2 hours cause she has "dire-rear". Hoping I can get her through this by fasting and eating rice/boiled burger and not have to make an appointment.

I had to ask if they could bill me for that expensive food. I had forgotten about a payment I had...can't imagine how I did that with my Dad being in the hospital for 7 weeks now.
