Brackish and Salt water.

    Hey, i was wondering about how much salt is in brackish water and how much is in saltwater??

    I think it's roughly 1.012 for brackish and 1.05 for saltwater. Not too sure though :roll:

    1.025 is good for fullsalt. I think 1.05 would be pretty intense for most salt fish

    I haven't run Marine in years, but when I did I preferred the salinity at 1.020. At that salinity level I found less incident of Oodinium.

    Your probably right, I run paticulary high though cause I never seem to mix enough for waterchanges so it balances :D
