Can anyone think of a name of a song (prefer Rock and Roll) with a theme about a dog? Excluding "Who let the dogs out" and "You ain't nothing but a hound dog".

I need a few songs for my dog wedding fund raiser this coming Sunday and am drawing blanks with songs about dogs.

    Thanks,
    Sue

I found a forum once that had this question and everyone replied with a ton of interesting songs. I won't search for it again, though, because somewhere along the way my computer picked up a nasty virus.

If you're wanting some little known songs, there is Connie Kaldor's "I Love That Dog," Barry Louis Polisar's "I Wanna Be a Dog" and Steve Sargenti's "I Love my Doggie." The last two are kids' songs. I got them to use in a video project I did for my class.

    I'll keep thinking....

LOL. I found this funny page: http://www.gloryvision.com/dogs.html

And when I searched Amazon for "dog" within "popular music CD's", the first list of "Customers who searched for dog expressed interest in" had some really funny stuff in it.
