Can I give my 13 week old (18 lb) puppy a small bit of cheese with her pills, because I am having a hard time having her keep them in and getting them swallowed. She loves the cheese and all 3 pills go down 1-2-3. Please email me if you think cheese is ok or not.
    Thanks!!!! :D

Cheese should be fine, especially in such small quantities. Some dogs are lactose intolerant, but if she's not vomiting it back up or having diarhhea then it's fine.

Peanut butter is also a good tool to use if the cheese ever stops working. :)

    Cool! Thanks!!!!!! :D
I called my vet a little earlier just to double check w/ her about the cheese- and she said it was fine. Also suggested Cream Cheese (YUK!!) but as long as they go down.... :y_the_best: I'll try anything! LOL! Thanks!!!

lol, I always use cheese whenever I'm giving Floob pills.

As time goes on you might find she'll notice the pill and spit it out. I crush Floobs between 2 spoons and mash it into the cheese then roll it into a tiny ball. He just swallows it down no problem now casue he can't seperate it.

Aint it grand when we get one up on them for a change
