cute things raz does... just a rant

had to share this with u all.

Little things about Raz that just make me smile and hopefully will make u smile too. Just a bucnha random things...

He seems so eager to please. To call him i only have to call his name once and if he's awake he'll come running.

when he's being bad we'll tell him a stern no... when he does good we'll praise him heavily... he's crossed the room after being bad and hearing the good praise just to be petted and loved on coz the sound of the praise got him all excited.

he's started becoming more and more loving... he'll trail u around the house.. when u stop to talk to him or pet him he arches his back, shoots his tail up in the air and starts purring.

Even though he's blind he can still 'look' bored. he'll sit there staring around aimlessly until someone initiates play then he's all happy again.

He listens for the bathroom door to open and has a weird facination with the bathtub. Like a homing becon soon as the door opens he B-lines it for the tub to jump in. i dont know why exactly...

He goes absoultely NUTS over the Medical treats made of all vegitables,... loves em to death. So i use them as rewards after i clean his eyes.

i swear that cat is gonna end up IN the washer one of these days... he delights in jumping in the basket as i'm loading the washer... i put him out, take out some clothes... when i turn around again he's back in. This goes on for awhile.

The woman who had him before me must have fed him human food (*grumble*) coz whenever we eat now he's R-I-G-H-T there 'staring' at us.

he ALWAYS watches me paint and draw... it's eerie.

He seems to like to be carried around sometimes. i'll pick him up and hold him over my shoulder and he'll go limp and just look around as i do my business purring. i'll nuzzle him with my cheek every once and awhile. maybe he likes it better then trailing my feet everywhere.

He'll listen and 'watch' me whenever i talk to him, he can be so attentive.

whenever i hunker down with my butt just off the floor, he'll come right over and lay between my feet. Its the -most- adorable thing. i dont know why, perhaps he feels safe there... but i could bet money on his accuracy for doing it heh


thats it heh as much as i can think of with a million ppl buggin me on msn anyway lol hope this made some ppl smile. :roll:

 

That is a very nice post about a very special kitty. I'm so glad he is doing well and that he is loved.

 

I'm so happy for you both. Sounds like he's got you wrapped around your fingers. LOL's. Lynn, isn't there a song that goes like this: "You've got me wrapped around your fingers." Who wrote that or what group sings it?

 

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about Raz. He sounds like a very special kitty. He must love you alot.
