Death of Three beloved Dogs

this past week my mother has lost three loved dogs. Two were rescued Pyraneese pups and the other was our lovely, vibrant Abby.

Someone (And if I EVER find out who there will be all kinds of hell to pay) threw weinies out filled with antifreeze.

Seven other dogs in our surounding area have died as well from the same thing.

I'm waiting to hear back from the Sheriffs department now...

We are sooo sad at the loss of our wonderful Abby..

I came to my mothers house yesterday and shewas actingreally drunk... so I rushed her to the vet and she was diagnosed with Ethanol Glycol poisoning. Same substance as in Anti freeze. We dug up the other two dogs and had tests run on them and it was the same thing. (they had died about 3 days before Abby).

She was already too far progressed in the poisoning that her kidneys had already shut down. Her blood levels were extremely high and the kindest thing we could do was put her to sleep and end her suffering.

My condolences to you and your mother. Is there no end to human cruelty to animals? This makes me sick just to think that someone would intentionally poison someone else's pet. I used the term above "human cruelity" but whoever did this is not even human in my book. A human has to have a soul and a conscience. This person had neither.
Praying for justice in this case.

 

Oh Sam, I am so sorry about your moms dogs, that is just horrible. I have heard a tsp of antifreze an kill a #100 dog, I hope you catch who did this most cruel thing and end up in jail for a long long time

I'm so sorry Sams. Abby was a beautiful girl.

Pretty much the same thing happened here a while ago. Someone was leaving hotdogs with antifreeze in them around a park that a lot of dogs frequent.

I hope whoever it was gets caught!

 

So very sorry sams, please pass on sympahties to your mom also. I really hope you get whoever did this.
