Do kittens drool when they teeth?

Hi everyone. I am new here and have been looking for any information on teething kittens. My Gretchen is 7 months old and was drooling last night. She seems to have stopped today. She is playing and eating, but I still get concerned that something could be wrong. I tried petting her face near her mouth and she doesn't pull away like she is in pain. She has been chewing alot. She eats dry food and hasn't seemed to lose her appetite. She purrs as normal. Do they get molars about 7 months. If someone could respond I would appreciate it.
    Thanks

not finding much on it - but found this
Drooling is caused by a variety of things. Gum/teeth problems are amongst the most common of causes. Nausea caused by kidney or intestinal problems can also cause excessive salivation, as can nervousness/stress and reactions to medicine. Your best bet is to have your vet rule out the bad stuff.

I've had a few cats that drooled when they're happy. That said, it would be a good idea to have a vet look her just to rule out anything bad.
