does anyone know this crazy movie?

Lst night as I was going to sleep (around 10 or so) I accidentally went to the wrong channel. It was on the "TCM" channel , it was really old and it b/w it had voices, but occasionally it would have a page written on the screen (you know what I mean it will say "And then the villian...") So the one guy is the bookkeeper at the bank and he frames this other guy for murdering this other guy, so that the girl falls in love with him. Ok yea, normal chesy movie, but all the actors/actresses were DOGS! they all walkd around on their back legs. All I could think is wow this must be the best behaved dogs ever. It was just crazy! Does anyone know this movie or know how to look up what shows came on last night?
Oh yea for the bull dog lovers, most of these dogs were some sort of bull dog mix! Lots of english bull dogs!

Don't know the name but I saw a bit of it also. I believe it is a short feature. The Turner Classic Movie channel runs occasionally runs a short feature between the feature movies.

 

I think you can look it up on tvguide.com but you have to look today cause the listings for yesterday will be gone soon.
