    HELP AGAIN!
I forgot to mention in my other post- that just recently, about maybe a month ago- my husband & I went away for a 3 day weekend...and my mom and brothers checked on my dog- and took her to their hosue for a few hours here & there...(my dog just loves to be home in her own house). Anyway- she started to bite & chew on my didning room chairs!! I sprayed the sour apple on it & she licks it!!!!!!! HELP!! Why is she at (10 mos) Just starting to chew things, and what can I do to make her stop!!?

This is a prime example of a dog that needs to be crate trained. For the foreseeable future your pup needs constant supervision when not confined to the crate. There are sites to teach you the proper technique to crate train. When done properly the crate becomes the dog's home.
This will help with the housebreaking and eliminate the chewing. All dogs need to chew but you must provide chew toys and use positive training to eliminate, or in the case of a Lab, cut down on the pup eating your house. :D

Thanks for your response- but my problems with crate training is my dog has seperation anxiety BAD. REALLY BAD!!! Drooling biting her paws!!! SHe is ok in the house (no drool.crying) when I leave for work, only if she is locked in the basement or in a crate....
I leave her our full basement and still drools and gets soaked- btu I know she is SAFE & I know she has the whole length of the house to run & play.
I dunno- maybe training would be good w/ a professional...?
