hi there, just wanted to know views on whether it's a good idea to feed you dog fresh killed roo meat with the skin left on? I was always told that the fur left on is good roughage for them, my sister lives on a property and has feed her dogs the occassional bit of roo meat with the skin left on for years, but was having a discussion with some other property owners and they say it's bad for them to leave the fur on?
    Thanks
    Tammy

Personally i can't see where the fur would hurt them....after all canines in the wild wouldn't skin they're prey before eating it

i personally would not feed it with the fur on. also, are these roos bred for eating? if not id tell your sis not to feed it as they will have all sorts of parasites.
