Dog Mom Day Portrait of the Boys

Using my new Canon digital camera I took this shot of the boys and have framed it as a gift for Dukesmom for this Sunday. No problem getting the boys to sit but when I do they are not real happy and those ears go flat. It took over a dozen shots before I could get them interested enough to perk up a bit.
Also created a card using Print Shop that has this verse inside:

"We sincerely do apologize
For your sneezing and clogged sinus
That's caused we are quite fairly sure
From the fur that isn't on us"

Dukesdad, that is a really cute gift idea. I may suggest it to the children's (Grace & Reese) Father.

I might add, Mother's Day is next Sunday, May 8 even though I propose that every Sunday be recognized as Mother's Day.

Dog Mom Day, something we started observing about 10 years ago, always occurs the Sunday before Mothers Day. Likewise, Dog Dad Day is one week before Fathers Day in June..

Thanks Dukesdad!!! I didn't see the DOG part of " Dog's Mom Day." Statistics say eyes are the second and third thing to fail after reaching 50.

Dog Mom Day and Father Dog Day is a marvelous concept being that our dogs seem to be much more appreciative of us as parents than our kids sometimes do.
