Duke and Freckles Limericks

    One of the Dogster forums is having a limerick contest and I thought y'all might get a kick out of Duke and Freckles entry.
    For Duke (and this is a true story)

    I now sing the Lab puppy blues
    For taking an afternoon snooze
    I woke up too late
    To find that he ate
    My alarm clock and two pair of shoes

    Freckles wrote this about himself, real classy poetry:

    I am asked why I squat when I pee
    I'm a dog, not a bitch, can't you see
    But a trip to the Vet
    Did cause me to fret
    I am now a used to be he
