    Hey everyone...
Well I wouuld like to think that my parrotlet training is going on schedual but im not so sure... the good news is that every time i put my hand up to him now he gets on every time as I say step up... however the problem is he within 3 to 4 seconds starts bobbing his head for an escape route and flys to the nearest spot he enjoys either the budgie cage, fish tank or his cage.
I have tried taking him into another room and it worked well but he still escaoes...
I am moving so it will be a different setting.. is it just going to take time like should I just keep going to him and get him to step up over and over a few times a day??? hes sure happy... I just want him to want to be on my hadn hehe
    thanks for any tips

Well you have made great progress, I would just keep going to him and get him to step back up on my hand, Do not do it all the time this way he will learn that stepping on your hand gets him out of the cage and the longer he sits on your hand the longer he has out and can go exploring.

Good work keep it up sounds to me like everything is on track with your training and he has learnt to trust your hand.

    Mike
