Figure Eight Puffer sudden blindness

    I could use some help! My Figure Eight Puffer has been very healthy until last week. He all of a sudden had difficulty finding his food, and now seems to be totally blind. He has no clouding of the eyes and our (10) gallon tank is testing nicely. We have had Nitrite, Nitrate, and PH problems in the past. We have had our tank and fish for about (3) months now. Please, if you can, we need suggestions quickly!
