finally! Pictures of Moe when I got her

Moe was basically a skeleton when I adopted her. She also had a bad URI and had to be hospitalized the day after this picture was taken. I couldn't resist that face when I saw her at the shelter. She's 2 years old in this picture, if you can believe that! Look how skinny she is:



Here are the pictures from right after she came back from the hospital (so a week after the above photo). She was even skinnier, but at least on the road to recovery. I wanted to get these scanned before the last photo contest, but was too late! There's no way I could get that hat on her now (and trust me I tried)!

 

She is so cute. I too just love her face. What a doll!!

Aww, so cute and tiny! :kiss_heart: It's almost unbelievable that she's two years in those pics! Kyrre is 6 months and waaay bigger already...

my brother took a few pics at xmas and so far hes only sent a pic of pepe. ill go grab his camera or see what hes put on my parents computer. mum complained that he took no pictures of the humans. :lol:

now...is it possible that she was younger than two? like around eleven months? sometimes shelters just guess. or did they know where she came from... :0011:

 

She was very cute then, but she's far cuter now. Moe just has the cutest little face. :mrgreen: I'm glad you were able to find those pics and post them. She's such the little princess, isn't she? I bet she knows it too.

 

Thanks everyone! She is most definitely spoiled rotten, and deserves every bit of it. We love her to death!

Lynn - it is possible that she was younger than 2, but the vet said she was at least a year and a half (they can tell be their teeth...). She hasn't grown at all since then, only filled out to a healthy weight. She was a stray and had been living on the street for a while, they guess, based on her weight. I think she was abused and possibly dumped based on how good she was with people, but easily frightened by quick or loud movements.

 

Moe is the cutest kittie. I love Moe. Even as a kitten she is adorable. She looks strong and healthy now. Must be because of her good family.

 

I love the pictures. Moe must've grown up quite a bit since then! She's just as cute as ever (if not more)!
