Freckles Graduates

Freckles aced his obedience finals and graduated. He was up first for the test and performed without a single fault. First he had to perform 5 sits. We were told that we could only give the sit command once. Freckles didn't even need one verbal command because he would sit on a hand signal. For his sit/stay, he sat while I walked a circle around him then remained while I walked about 15 feet away. I gave him a "come" hand signal and he trotted up to me and sat again in front of me without any further command. Then the "leave it" command. I placed a treat on the floor in front of him and told him to leave it. He does this so well that he won't even take it when I tell him it's OK, I had to pick the treat up and hand it to him.
After everyone completed the test the trainer conducted a graduation ceremony where each dog received a "diploma" which was a rawhide stick with a ribbon around it and a certificate.
