I wandered upstairs on Sunday night and discovered the mortal enemies, Moe and Artemis, cuddling! Not only cuddling, Moe was giving Artemis a bath and he was purring. The bath was over by the time I got my camera out, but I did manage to get a few pictures. The lighting is not very good as I was trying not to disturb the two love birds too much.

My husband was trying to make the top level of the tree too small for both cats, but I guess he failed!

Here's a couple of pictures of how they usually are together:

I don't know what Artemis said to Moe, but she's not liking it:

Also, Kendrick built a little igloo in the front yard before the last ice storm:

That's hysterical. They finally couldn't hide their secret that they do like each other!

    Thanks for the pics.

    How cute!

When we took Jupiter to live with my brother & his girlfriend, she didn't really get along with their other 2 cats. My brother's girlfriend would turn down the thermostat so that the house was a little chilly. Rather than fighting, the cats would cuddle together to stay warm.

hehehe I've never known any cat that could resist the top of the tower.

My goodness! Arte has grown so quickly! It seems like just a few weeks ago he was nothing more than a little fluff ball!

It's so wonderful to see Moe sharing her space with Artemis! Great job on the cat tree! Awesome pics as usual! Artemis looks so cute in his igloo! How much snow do you usually get in a single winter season and how cold does it generally get? We've let out Milo and Rene in the snow and they are scrambling to get back home after a minute or two outdoors.

LOL. That's great! Ha Ha. Who would have ever thought. He sure is a lot bigger than little petite Moe.

Very cute, and doesn't your husband know that if you try to do something intentionally cats will always find a way to do it anyway! ;)

We get quite a bit of snow: 216 cm on average a year according to the weather network. January is usually around -15C or so (plus those horrible wind chills!), but we've been experiencing a warm spell lately. It's been hovering around 0C. I think we're going up to 7C today! Both cats love going out in the snow. Moe more than Artemis though. It's hilarious watching her walk across the hard packed crust of snow and then break through and try to find her way out!

Thanks for all the nice comments. The cats are definitely happy with the tree. And the colder temperatures are keeping them cuddly!
