Lately I've noticed that my cat has been sneezing a lot. She also has five 3 week old kittens. What could be wrong with her? Could she have a cold? I noticed that one of the kittens was sneezing a week or so ago, but the mother wasn't, now she is, and the kittens aren't. :?

using any new cleaners? Laundry detergent? I wouldn't worry unless their noses get all snotty and their eyes gunky. Most healthy cats can get over a cold on their own...but watch the babies.

Another thing you can do...does the mom cat go outside? She might be bringing allergens in on her coat. You could always just give her a plain water bath to get her coat allergen free.

When I first got my two kittens one was sneezing all the time and the other had gunky eyes. I took them to the vet and they both had respiratory infections. It's always a good thing to get that checked out, especially around kittens.
