If your bird really is sick, I am sorry I am not the right person to give advice.. but what I can say is that when I got my birds first their poop was a little wet i think it is from living in a bad enviroment like a pet store.. however it didnt take long of a good quality seed mix and it solved the prob...

Hi you can do 1 of 2 things you can firstly have them examined by an avian vet to make sure there is nothing seriously wrong or you can give them a good quality bird seed, Also you can give then an egg food it is designed for handfeedning and weaning of baby birds but can be given to all birds, It is full of all the vitamins and minerals a bird needs to stay healthy its called EMP or CeDe egg food you can buy it from any good petstore.

Diarreah can by caused by a number of things, Poor diet, Dirty water, Viruses and bacteria's, Poor living conditions.

I never recommend buying any animal from a flea market, Petstores are ok if they are reputable and the living area of the animals is clean tidy and the animals are in excellent condition.

Signs of a sick bird are, Sitting fluffed up either on the cage floor or on a perch but very close to the bars, Dsicharge from the eyes, Nose, Not eating or drinking, Strange noises when they breathe.

A bird that seems healthy will show signs of illness when stressed this can be caused from travelling, or new enviroment.
Birds are very good at hiding illneses until its too late to do anything about it this is because in the wild sick birds were easy prey for predators and would be kicked out of the flock by the other birds so that they would not atract predators.

A healthy bird will be alert, bright and fully feathered with no damaged feathers, They will sing have clears eyes and nose, breathing will be perfect with no odd sounds, They will hop from perch to perch.
