when i picked up my f rat terrier from her 5 day date she was infested with fleas and a different dog. she has since returned to her normal happy self and I got rid of the fleas with front line but now she is scratching and her skin is very pink and where she chews on her back it is stained brown. even after I bath her. I don't know what else to do for her. Please help me with her skin problem. Oh and by the way she never had any puppies which I thought was very weird because she has had two litters with her two previous breedings

It could be an allergic reaction. I'd say caLL the vet and make an apointment. I her skin is very pink and she chews her back until its "brown" shes probably itching herself raw.

Dogs with allergies usually get brownish rust colored staining on their fur where ever they are licking or biting. What food are you giving her. It could be food related, or seasonal type of allergies. Make sure her treats have no preservatives, food colorings.
