When I got my parakeet the man who got her out of her old cage said she was a baby. I have been keeping track of how long I have had her , but I dont know to tell how old she is . Can someone please help me? :)

If she has black barring over her head then she is likely to be under 6months old as they do not start losing this until during there first molt which is usually 6months old.

If there is no barring and she had none when you got her then it depends she could be less than 1 year old or she maybe older than 1year.
