I had to share this gift I got

I just got back the other day from visiting my sister (and my new baby newphew). Anyhow, she happened to find something in the store that she simply had to get me.

And... isn't ironic that Chloe had to check it out? It wasn't in the picture, but I had all five cats swarming around me while I was setting this up. I'm at least 20 cats away from being that crazy cat lady. Plus, I'm married, I need to become single first.



I would never imagine that someone would come up with a crazy cat lady action figure. My sister found it in the world's largest gift shop. I think my sister's trying to tell me something. :shock:

I just have to remember to stop comparing my cats to her newborn son! I think that's what sparked it.

That is one unique action figure! Very cool, while being semi-insulting (in a playful way) at the same time. Someone with a lot of dogs = dog lover, while someone with a lot of cats = crazy. Still, that would look pretty nice displayed in your home. I love all the cat figurines!

I only have 1 cat, and I'm a guy, but I'm sure that there are those (family members, mostly) who think I'm a bit "cat crazy." Especially when I won't travel across the country to visit them because I don't want to leave Luna in the hands of strangers, and I refuse to expose her to the terror of flying with me.

That's hilarious! I would love to be a "crazy cat lady" but I can't afford to give each cat all the attention it deserves. Plus I'm married and have serious allergies...

 

My next door neighbor is single and has five cats. She always jokes about being on her way to play the role of crazy cat lady.

The toy made me think of a McDonald's happy meal toy. Maybe some day we'll see it appear at a fast food restaurant. You can collect the woman and then an array of cats. Maybe they'll throw in some furniture or misc. cat products.

I'd by a happy meal for it!

Halaroo - Oh yes, and I think myself being married saves me from collecting more. I guess that's not a bad thing! I don't have allergies to worry about, though.

 

Lol's. I have 4 cats so I almost qualify as a crazy cat lady. Now if I get my hands on the action figure, I'd have to repaint the hair black. :mrgreen:

 

I'm a recovering (not by choice) crazy cat lady.

When I first had my kittens I was taking care of:
Bruce, Blaze, Sherbert, Donut, Peanut, Lone Wolf, Cerano (Patrick's cat), Shadow, and Willow (I don't know if I told anyone but I found him stray when he was about 5wks old, looong story).

And does it count that I was cat sitting Casper and Wendy (my aunt's kitties) and Jet (her daughter's kitty) for 2 months?

Woah.. that's a lot of kitties!

It sounds like you had your hands full.

I just finished cleaning my house. You wouldn't believe how much cat fur I swept up! I have no air conditioning and it's been in the 90's for weeks. If I had any more cats, I think I would drown in cat fur.

My poor kitties - so hot.
