I think my pups are sick

We have 3 1/2 week old puppies and the mothers milk stopped coming in around 2 1/2 ago and she completly lost interest in them. The vet said to substitue their feedings with goat milk and eggs and eventually add in puppy food over a 4 or 5 week span. Well they are doing okay with it but now today they have started sneezing out mucus and even vomiting a little. They are acting like they do not want to eat very much. This is our first set of puppies so I'm not sure if this is normal or if it is something minor or not. I have heard of some puppies getting sick one day and dying the next. I do not want this to happen. If you have any advice I am all ears.

How are your pups doing? You should also post this in the dog forum so that you are able to take advantage of all of the knowledge.
Have you taken them to the vet that is what I would do they can go downhill soo fast....

Let us know if they're OK. Always talk to the vet sooner rather than later.

I'm not going to start with the whole lecture on you should know whats going on before you had this litter... but I will tell you this..

Puppies can just die. Fall over, from unforseen issues and they CAN get sick one day and die the next.

You need to have them checked by a vet ASAP, there is no excuse not too. If the whole litter is exhibiting these signs and symptoms, it could be a variety of things, intestinal parisites, parvo, distemper or worse.
