little white lies...but as long as you don't tell I won't 8)

Tonight I took my son to driver's ed (stress) and stopped at Subway cause I didn't take anything out of the freezer for dinner. Got the DH a nice large sub (he's a mason and works very physically during the day and we both have been ill w/colds).

I came home and told him I really screwed up and lost $1,000 to a scam. He said WHAT??? I told him I'm sorry and I know it was stupid of me to do that but it sounded so good I couldn't help it.

Then I told him about the 2 sisters....he complained for awhile like he usually does (must let him have his "pitch" session). Told me no way not doing it, got a foster now, no more...blah blah blah (Cleo by the way her inquirer has been approved - now to find out if she is 100% committed to Cleo).

I let the male moment pass and he's okay now. The sisters will be here Saturday afternoon.

 

BTW...if anyone needs male manipulation lessons I'm available LOL
