my 2 new fosters, having come from a BYB/hoarder situation with no socializing, are a tough case.
Opal is the sweetest, most willing to accept attention, hides in the crow's nest of the cat tree. I will have to find some way to block acces Thursday night as they are both spayed Friday morning. No way am I going to be able to pull them from their womb without suffering some sort of injury
I have found Opal's purr button and from the security of the crow's nest I can pet her and she rolls around and nearly comes out but not quite.
This morning I found her on my computer desk and she started to approach me but she hit the speaker, knocking it to the floor and getting startled. She flew back to her "womb" and wouldn't come out.
I WAS SO CLOSE!!!! Back to start

I hope she will come around. It would be a shame is she can't be socialized after having such a bad start. I have a feeling she will come to like people again. They are such beautiful cats and I hope they both get a forever home. Good luck. :y_the_best:

You are making good progress. Good luck getting them to the vet. I will be thinking of you.
