im back, and my guppies are dead :cry: damn vacations

 

why did you get a auto feeder or someon that you trust to stop by and feed them and do a water change or something ??

 

i have seen an autofeeder that gives a weeks wrth of food then you could have also got a fish tank programer and have it on the tank and had your friend come and check what she/he had to do

 

Any idea what went wrong? How long were you away for?

 

do you have any males in there? sometimes if not watched the males can chase the females to much. mine does that but when i move towards the tank he swims away. they "tire out" the females. mine is very tired at times and can get ill frm being so overly tired same goes for the males

 

My auto-feeder works for 72 hours, plus our neighbor came by an was supposed to feed them, i even put each days food in a baggy and took the rest with me to prevent over feeding, when I got back ammonia was at 0.02 nitrite 0.00 but their were no fishies in my tank, found a post-it that said they were all flushed when they died. not really much point to come to the site anymore so l8er.
