I'm off to the Caribbean!

I just wanted to say farewell to all you guys! I'm leaving tomorrow morning, returning April 5. I'm a bit of basket case right now though. I hate leaving my babies! A co-worker will be staying at my house for the week, so I know they'll be in good hands, but I still worry.

Are you going on a cruise? Where exactly will you be? I'll be on a cruise and I am counting the days.

Have a great time, halaroo. Your kitties will be fine, but I know what you mean. I worry when I have to leave my kitties, too.

We usually have someone come in and feed them while we're gone (and pet and scratch their ears, too) but I do worry about them being alone most of the time.

Oh well, what can you do. I guess we can't stop living because of our cats.

 

We're going on an 8-day cruise. Starting in Ft. Lauderdale, then St. Maarten, Barbados, and Martinique. My cousin is getting married on board. Kendrick and I got married on a cruise 4 years ago, and now everyone in my family is copying us, which is fine with us as long we're invited! I'm really looking forward to it!

Lucidity - where are you going? Our wedding cruise was in May and the weather is beautiful then!

 

Sounds like fun, fun, fun. Enjoy Halaroo and please show us lots of pictures. I've never been there before. You too Lucidity when you go in May. I'm sure your kitties will be fine.

 

I'm going on a 7 day cruise from Miami to San Juan, St. Marteen, St. Thomas. I can't wait. I've gone to Nassau, Cococay (a private island), and Key West on another cruise and that was wonderful.

I bet it would be great to be married on a cruise ship. That was my honeymoon and I loved it.

I'm sitting in the Ft. Lauderdale airport, waiting for my flight home. We've got almost 5 hours to kill - thank goodness for free wireless access!

The cruise was great - I'll post pictures in the coming days. I miss my kitties though, and I'm looking forward to getting home tonight!

So the cats are good, but I have a lot of cat fur to clean off the furniture this week! They kept me awake all night, but I can't really blame them.

Artemis has grown too! He's just slightly smaller than Moe now.

 

It must have been really good to see your kitties again. I know I can't wait to see mine after I've been gone for awhile.

Sounds like they were happy to see you. Keeping you awake and all.
