Insides of green peppers safe??

    Hey everyone.. I believe that I read somewhere that the top including the whole seed bunch from a green pepper is a good food for budgies.. does anyone know if it is safe?

    I am not sure as i always slice and dice mine after i have removed the pepper seeds as these can be hot so to be safe i would removed them..
