is my kitten sick?

I have a 3 1/2 month old female tabby kitten named Mia, who has had some strange episodes. her symptoms are rather hard to describe. Every so often she seems to go into a slump, her breathing becomes heavyand fast, she doesn't want anything to eat, her tail wags as though she's irritated or not feeling well. she doesnt want to play and just lays around, but is unable to sleep soundly for awhile. Over the course of a few hours she usually falls asleep then wakes up feeling much better. The first time it happened it was late evening and she was salivating slightly, thinking it was serious and she might not make it we rushed her to the vet, her temp was normal, heart was good, lungs clear. The vet thought maybe she might be developing a respritory infection and sent us home with antibiotics. Suggested we have tests run for cat diseases at our regular vet. By the time we got her home an hour later, she was her old self, eating and playing as usual. She has these episodes every so often now. So we are trying to think what might bring them on. what other symptoms to watch out for. I will say the kittens is a bit of a clutz, rather clumsy, she misjudges jumps and falls a lot. When we first got her we had her to the vet cuz her and the other kitten we got at the same time were vomitting and had diarrhea, we got an antibiotic for parasites, medication for ear mites, they were wormed and treated for fleas. Mias next visit to the vet was because she swallowed a rather large piece of a grape stem which got stuck in her throat. There were periods of times shes been a little lethargic, not acting like a 2 or 3 month old kitten, sitting around, not playing, only watching our other kitten play. That seems to have passed and she has plenty of energy except during these episodes. She eats pretty well, I am feeding her natural balance canned cat food, one kitten food with a little jarred baby meat on it to entice her to eat it, boiled chopped chicken and a couple of different dried foods I have down for my other cats, eukanuba for sensitive stomachs is one of her favorites. I might be a little over sensitive to her behavior but I am worried these episodes might indicate something serioius or maybe neurological problems since she is a bit of a clutz at time. Any suggestions and thoughts would be appreciated I am going to have her tested and get shots for the both of them soon as I can afford it, unfortunately so far I have used my vet funds for emergency trips. Thank you

 

I wonder if she has asthma

 

Feline asthma generally has coughing along with it.

I'm wondering if it's some kind of neurological problem like epilepsy.
