It's official! Booger has a new home!

I was waiting for the loan papers before making the official announcement. But it's true! We finally found the perfect house for Booger to thump around in! It has everything we were wanting. Large rooms, open floor plan, basement, tons of space, a nice level lot, a decent neighborhood and best of all...it was priced to sell! We lucked up and were the first people to view it. It was exactly in our price range and is actually worth about $20,000+ more than the asking price. And it even already has handicap access! The closing date is July 1. We're tickled pink! I can already hear Booger thumping up and down the stairs LOL

It's a two story with a full basement/finished attic, just shy of 2600 sqft. I'm absolutely in love with it!

I have been away for awhile so this is the first time I saw this post. (I've already seen the newer post about Booger helping you pack)

Congratulations. I love the looks of the rooms..so bright looking and the kitchen looks very inviting. Love the breakfast room off the end of it.
