Just wondering what I can do..My boy Jay will eat Tiffinys food at any chance he gets when he knows Im not looking. I put her food down in the Kitchen and His in the laundry.. I feed them at the same time, he knows he's not allowed too, he is a fatty as it is   He will eat his then try and sneak and get hers, she doesn't finish hers all the time, so I pick it up and put it away, she gets bothered by it because its NOT there. Then she hassles me till I put it out again. I put it away so Jay wont eat it all the time. DOH!!!!!!
He would explode before he stopped eating lol..

Oh the little glutton. LOL It's kind of a hassle, but you may just have to feed them is separate rooms with both doors closed. Tiffiny will just have to learn that when she gets her food, so gets it then and there, only at that time. Or you could put her food in one bathroom and when she wants to eat you can put her in there, close the door and let her out a few minutes later. Good luck. It's not easy, I know. Good luck.

how much bigger is jay than tiffany? my old dog liked to try to eat the cats food, so we built a wooden box and cut an opening big enough for the cat and not the dog. you could also do that with a sterilite container and just make sure it's not too sharp, although if jay isn't THAT much bigger, i don't know how well that would really work out.

This is Tiffy, she is very much smaller than him, but shes still a kitten though, shes only just over 5 months old... He is naughty lol..

That sounds like a good idea with the box, but I reckon he's squeeze in somehow lol..
I might try closing the door, or putting her in another room, see how that goes..
    Thanks guys.. :y_the_best:

No, he definatley gets enough tucker, believe you me.. He's a big Cat, his Paws are big, his neck is thick and in general he's a big boy, so I make sure he gets enough food, he's just Greedy..

Such pretty kitties. I don't have any suggestions. I had the same trouble a long while back with two of my kitties (they're in kitty heaven now) and I didn't know what to do about it either. The suggestions above sound good.

When I used to feed him, he'd rush in like a tornado and nearly Bowl me over literally   But Iv taught him know to sit and wait. He is doing very well with it.. :m11: :m33:

Figures he's a big orange boy! I got one of those too. I have to feed Sabrina separately and stay around to referee. If I leave, Copper gets up there and eats her food. But it seems the more of a big deal I make of chasing him off, the worse he wants it. Now I just pick him up and carry him off with me so she can eat.

Well he has been a very good boy, and backed off alot from trying to pinch her food, Iv got him sitting before he has his dinner instead of rushing in like theres no tomorow and that it was his last meal lol.. He's a dill, but he's my gorgeous dill lol, Iv been brushing him everyday, and you should see all the hair come off him, BLIMEYS lol.... He sits there and laps it up like he's a King hee hee:lol: :m33: :m30:
