Just A Small Update

Our holidays w/out Sarge were a little tough for all of us. We let each of the boys pick out a toy and dog food and treats and took them to the Humane Society and donated them. Then the boys made an ornament for Sarge and we hung it on the tree.

We spent alot of time around my bf's sister's Boxer and the boys had alot of fun with him. They each got a stuffed animal dog (The Dog) and one got a black Lab and one got a Beagle. The both named them Sarge and Blackie Sarge.

I asked them if they wanted a new puppy and Nick said "No thanks mommy, Sarge is still my puppy".

So, for now, we are just going to remember Sarge before looking for a new puppy.

I agree. I really thinkg Sarge will send us the right one when the time is right. Probably be another nut just like he was! I sure hope so!

I will try and pop in more. I kind of feel like maybe I should not post since my boiy passed away, but I miss you all so much!

 

Just my personal opinion, but just because your furbaby passed, doesn't mean that you have to leave a forum. I know I haven't been here long, but you seem to be a really nice person and I enjoy reading your posts.

Your boys did a wonderful thing for the memory of Sarge. They seem like very caring guys!

 

By all means, stick around! You still have advice to share and even if you didn't - we like you!
