3 of the four cats were hanging on my sister's bed so she grabbed the camera and took these.

and Puppy says "hey...I'm not allowed on the bed?? What's up with this??"

"Please don't tell...can I come up and hang with you guys?"

"OHH..thanks you guys...and do me a favor...please don't tell the other dogs how much I really love you guys"

i always love to see dogs hanging out with the kitties, and vice-versa. it's really sweet!

 

Me too. I never believed in the old adage about dogs and cats being enemies. I've just seen too many cases of love between the species.

For example, my hubby had an elderly dog that could barely walk and was blind and his mom had several cats that took care of him. They would guide him to the food dish and groom him as well.

My grandfather once had a dog named Curls, and a cat named Blondie. And they used to cuddle all the time, and go for walks together (this was before the leash-law, i wasn't alive but my grampy told me the stories).
i wish i could have seen it! it would be so cute to see that cat out walking the dog!!
