Keeping food dishes together or seperate?

    Do you guys have your water and food dishes side by side? Or do you have them far apart making them work for them?

    Hi my cages has the food and water dishes attached about 6inches away from each other.

    It does not really matter where you put the dishes aslong as they can not poop in them.
