well, didn't actually get kitty to the cardio ultrasound - i had an unexpected expense come up. But anyways, took Kitty to the vet today to get her desexed. She got through it ok. She's staying the night at the vet clinic as she as still a bit groggy and they wanted to keep an eye on her since she has a heart murmur. I took her to a different vet than to the one that suggested the cardio ultrasound before she got desexed. This other vet told me that he uses a lighter anaesthetic for animals with heart murmurs... something that i wasn't aware of and that the first vet didn't mention... sometimes better to get a second opinion!!

Yeah for Kitty! She must be so happy to be home and getting lots of extra TLC! That's interesting info about the lighter anesthetic.
