I finally found a kong for Parker and Danni. I was hoping some of you guys who use them could tell me your dogs favorite things to stuff them with. I have been putting a mixture of kibble and treats in them and plugging them with peanut butter and they love that. I want to try some other things and I have no idea what. Also how often do you give them. Thanks.

Actually, we put ice cubes in Rudy's Kong - especially on hot days. He likes that - or peanut butter. I have no other suggestions. I guess I will need some of those suggestions myself.

We call Rudy's Kong - "the puppy babysitter" because it keeps him busy for such a long time.

I use apple sauce, and mix it with peanut butter for more consistency, they I freeze it for a couple of hours. Apple sauce is no fat (make sure you use unsweetened) and Harley goes nuts over it!

I have Kong like toy we bought a couple years ago that we put dog tooth paste in (beef flavor), it has slits in it so when they chew on it there teeth get cleaned.
My guys love the BusterCube (PetSmart) and it gives them a work out. Don't care for the tug string toys had our little one get string stuck and cut the gum. I don't feed my guys pigs ears because a few years ago they made some dogs very sick. We are very careful with any of the raw hide products being sure to pick them up after they are done and throw them out specially after being out doors in the dirt and such. Bacteria can grow on chews such as raw hide when left sitting around for days, so we buy only what they can chew up at that time (size does count). We only buy chews that are packaged not from a bin.
Denta bone,Booda bone,Nylabone. Many of the toys sold today I would not have given to my kid or my dog. To many buttons and strings that come off or out (squeakers)
    Each to there Owen.

I mix kibble and peanut butter and stuff the Kong and then freeze it. You need to be careful that if you are giving Kongs a lot that you adjust their regular food accordingly so they don't get fat. I rarely give Kongs anymore because I don't want them eating that amount of peanut butter very often, and also I need to separate the dogs since it is such a high value treat. I think I might try cramming something like a small carrot through one with just enough peanut butter to add interest and see if it keeps them busy.

Luther has a generic kong thing, it has a special name but Iforget. I usually do peanut butter, kibble or cheese and chicken gravy, but he doesn't really get them that often, only if I am going out of town, I leave one for him at my mother inlaws. Every now and then I give them to him, but he just doens't seem to get it. He would rather roll it till pieces fell out or wait til it thaws.
