Looking for a name for a dog...

... I like "L" names, just no traditional names please, any suggestions accepted. *note- dog is not actually mine yet, just put in application at the pound.*

Can you tell us something about the dog --- breed, size, color, gender, personality, etc.? It's easier to come up with names when you can have a dog in mind.

 

I like L names, Lil and Luther!

 

I am naming my pup Lillian, Lily for short. IS it a male or female.

 

I like Luther also.....then there's Louie, Lexus, Luigi, Lotus, Lars, Lelana, etc.

pam, when I first named Luther I mainly called him Luke, (I got him Martin Luther King Day, January) On March 18 (Saint Patricks Day, whenever that is) my sister had a baby boy and named him Lucas, 2 weeks later my other sister had a baby boy and named it Luke! So now I have a million other nicknames to choose from! But I generally call him Lulu! I really like the name Louis though. Oh one more funny story dealing with those 2 sisters and their babies, my one sister is scheduled to have a Csection this week and my other sister is having her baby ~on Xmas and the one wants to name her baby Tessa, and the other wants Theresa (or maybe Teresa?sp?), after I had said if my fi and I ever have a daughter we would like Theriese, because we live in his grandmothers house who had that name and I was named after my grandmother so I thought it would be neat. I guess not!
