Phoenix is an 18th month old neutered male German Shepherd.
Dare we say, Phoenix appears to be fully trained, but, new owner should take a basic refresher class to bond with this super-intelligent dog.
Phoenix arrived here recently from a partnering shelter in New York; amazingly this lovely dog was found wandering in Queens scavenging for food- hence his still thin body. A dog that exhibits extensive training he knows all his commands. Phoenix is the kind of shepherd that will stick like glue to his owner – he is so anxious worrying where or who is his owner right now. A ‘German Shepherd’ savvy owner who will both appreciate and honor his dedication to them would be the very best home for this majestic boy.

I wonder how hard they have looked for his owner. If he is that well trained, someone may be missing him!
