I have no idea what is wrong with my dog but she has been throwing up a lot lately. She threw up night before last where I found 3 spots of vomit and three times today and one was a HUGE pile. I have no idea what is wrong with her but I was also worried she is pregnant but I don't think she could be. Is this a symtom of pregnancy as early as 3-4 weeks (if she is pregnant)? Is it possible I can give her a drop or two of pepto bismol or something to calm her tummy... Please respond asap and if I can give her something, what? and how much? thanks

I would bring her to a vet.

What does the vomit look like?? Is she still eating?

I would take her to the vet too.

well one night she had got into the trash and ate a sausage with the peeling stuff on it and she only threw the peeling up. Other times it just looks like her food and sometimes it is whole. She eats really fast like she is starving but she almost always has food in her dish so to see if it'll prevent her from throwing up I am feeding her 3 times a day in little amounts of about a cup or so. And she has still been eating but I think one problem is how fast she eats it and then drinks water and it upsets her tummy. Or maybe she is pregnant but I know that not all dogs throw up when they are pregnant... She is almost 8 months old and she had parvo before so that can't be what it is and she acts fine except she throws up sometimes. She hasn't at all today though and today is when I started feeding her 3 seperate times a day. If it continues, I will get her to a vet but we'll see if this helps

She is most likely eating things she is not use to. he/she is not use to the food so the body rejects it. 8) Please keep us posted!
