My grandmother adopted a cat today! (updated with photos)

My grandmother, the one who lost her cat Spunky a few months back, adopted a 5yr old mainecoon mix tonight from the Ten Lives Club. He is absolutely stunning and so affectionate. My grandmother was so happy when I talked to her on the phone....she had been considering adopting a cat or 2 or maybe even a small dog recently but had'nt come across the "right" one yet. He is perfect for her.
Just wanted to share the good news!

I'll post some pictures of him over the weekend.

:0018: Yeah for your grandma and the kitty! He's gorgeous and extremely friendly too! I saw him at Pet Supplus Plus on Monday and thought to myself, he's going to be adopted in no time and wishing I could've taken him. That's wonderful, Nern. I'm so glad she decided to get another cat. I know losing Spunky was hard for her. Prince Harry, lol. Great name. :mrgreen: He sure is a good looking cat. Pepe now has some serious competition. Does your Grandma ever visit this site or do you tell her about it? I know my Grandmother isn't that comfortable using the computer by herself.

She does'nt own a computer or have any interest in getting one as far as I'm aware. Otherwise I'd definately invite her here.

She did look at me curiously yesterday when I busted out my camera and started taking pictures of him. I told her that I needed them to post online because I had told all my friends about him and wanted them to see what he looked like. She giggled. :mrgreen:

 

He is very regal looking! Very fitting name. Although, I don't think I have met a cat yet that doesn't believe he/she is royalty

What a BEAUTIFUL cat! But I hope he is better behaved than his namesake--lol. Prince Harry is a bit naughty !

He's georgous! I can see a TON of Maine Coon in him. I love the name, too.
