my Mother's Day gift

will be a 2nd opinion on Tilly.

I've been pondering - I do that. And since I'm not a material kinda girl and I've been getting questioned as to what I'd like for Mother's Day I've decided the purrfect gift for me is to be a 2nd opinion on Tilly.

I'm taking her to another vet in the area (appointment is Thursday morning) and seeing what they come up with.

The rescue's director doesn't think it sounds like FIP (she consulted w/her vet too). Other people I've been in contact with say it also doesn't sound like it and yet other have had positive results and testing a month later showed negative.

Baffling...but I need to know for sure, not only need I want. And there is very little in life I want, yes there are thing I need but not much I want. You know how it goes - "do I really need this?" type thing and for this my answer is yes. So that's my Mother's Day gift....to see if the 2nd opinion comes back FIP
