my telescope fishy's eye started to fall out???

    my telescope fishy's eye started to fall out??? It's fins also began to decintergrate, farely quickley... it's fins closest to its eyes practically disapeard.

    He looks like he was on the loosing end of a brawl!

    He has died, but i need help to make sure it doesn't happen again!

    Hi dazedsphere, From what you described your fish had Pop-Eye disease and fin and tail rot. Both of these diseases are bacterial. They are usually caused by either over-crowding, over-feeding, or improper tank maintainence or a combination of all three.
