    Hi and welcome to Auspet. You didn't post much information on what is going on with your cats, so the best thing to do would be to bring them to the vet. It could be something simple, such as they have fleas or it could be due to many other possible skin problems. Let us know how your cats are doing. It sounds like they must be very uncomfortable.
