Oh, how we love the sunlight!

I got this picture of Chloe the other day. I don't know if she realizes how cute she can be. I'm assuming she's not the only cat out there who likes the sunlight.

There can be just one slit of light in the entire house and my cats will find it.



Anyhow, I just had to share the picture because my family and friends are sick of seeing my stocks of cat photos! (I think it's becoming like watching someone's vacation slide show!)

That is such a cute pic! Every single cat I have ever had, has also enjoyed lounging in the sun. It's funny too, because you would think that with all of their fur they would want to be in a cool spot 24/7, but that's just not the case.

 

Cute picture! It reminds me alot of my Bella only she is fat...she loves to roll on her back in the sunlight too.

 

Thanks guys. Chloe doesn't have to work hard to be cute. I don't understand how she can lay out in the sun on the 90 degree days. She seems to like it, though!

cloe is a doll. otis used to LOVE the sun and would lay in it all day. i would say "go lay in the sun...go lay in the sun"...you know...it cat voice...and he would go and lay in the sun!!! :m27:

i still miss him very much.

lucidity...i was just thinking the same thing yesterday. like...jeez!! i sure have alot of cat pictures!!! but sometimes you have to take a whole roll to get that one "perfect" shot :wink:

lynn, sorry you miss otis. It's awful, I still miss my two cats who died about 7 years ago. But, that's why we have all the pictures! I like to make sure I will remember them... in every position... every mood... every situation possilbe. (Does that explain my countless pics, or am I just a sucker for the cats. My husband laughs because I have one picture of him to 100 pictures of the cats. He sometimes asks me if he's not cute enough.) :-({|= He'll live.
