The possibilities are endless. What specific kinds of cichlids were you thinking of?

Blue Acara (South American) (not sure if a pair would fit or not)

Firemouth (South American) (IMO much prettier than the pic I could find)

    Blue Ram (South American)

    Bolivian Ram (South American)

    Neolamprologus Brichardi ( Tanganyikan cichlid)

    Altolamprologus compriceps (Tanganyikan cichlid)

    Apistogramma Cacuatoides (South American)

Wow! Can bolivian rams look that good? They looked very dull at the pet store. Wow, that Blue Ram makes me feel bad for not buying one because it requires a high temperature.  :? :(

IME most fish look quite dull at the pet store. And while my blue rams haven't colored up as nice as the one in the pic they sure are working on it. They really are the most beautiful fish IMO.

Sorry, I thought the bolivian ram was the Tanganyikan cichlid because the Tanganyikan cichlid looks great but anyways yeah, Blue Rams always look great!
