    I don't sleep well lately and had put it down to night sweats (errrr turned 50 :roll: this past fall).
    I turn the heat down to 60 at night not caring if everyone else freezes.
    So when we sprung the clocks ahead I tried to catch up on that lost hour and this is what Paul found.
    I'm rethinking the night sweat theory
