    Congratulations!

Make sure and ask the owner of the tank what he/she feeds the fish, how often and how do they clean the tank. Do they adjust the water ph. IF you keep everything about the same, you will continue to have a healthy tank. Many times when a new owner takes over, the parameters and feeding changes and the fishes will die off or get lethargic.

Good luck and have fun with your new tank!

Wooooow, thoes have got to be the coolest looking fish I have ever seen, I dont know the kind but at first i thought that they were fake since that water is so incredably clear. Goodluck

Congratulations Pacuguy, The fish that appears in both pictures is a Goby. The lower fish in the top picture looks like a Pruno Cat but the fact that the Goby and the Oscars haven't be devoured indicates that it is the Pruno look-a-like Pictus.

thanx guys, i finally got the tank i always wanted, i think i will stay with this one for awhile.
i am gonna start my 75gal back up when move next summer (maybe a salt setup).
i also think one of the oscars i got with the tank has some kind of fungus or HITH, i hope its just fungus, i'll post some pics as soon as i take em.

please let me know if there is a medication that will cure this, and won't hurt my healthy fish, as i don't have a hospital tank to move him to

I'm not sure about the fin (a little difficult to tell in that pic). Does it look like a fuzzy growth?

The white patches on his head are definitely HITH. Here's an article on it:

do you think i can heal it or is it too far gone?

I think you'll be able to heal it. I've seen worse cases than that get healed. The most important thing is to keep those nitrAtes below 20ppm.
