Pitbull vocals, I think he's screaming!

Ok. Mickey is the wierdest dog ever. I swear the dog sounds just like a hyena!!!!
I've never heard a dog make the sounds that Mickey does. Is this a normal pit thing?

Every now and then it sounds just like a lady laughing and its just him being goofy. And one night the police showed up thinking that there was a hurt woman screaming. Nope, it was just Mickey again "screaming" at Kabuki to come play!

Its the wierdest thing.....

 

Normal Stuff Sam....LOL HJ was a screamer and she'd go nutty when we came into the house or when we were feeding and we weren't to her bowl fast enough... Like a screem laugh thing... The new puppy does a yodle sound...like rolling r's ya know? It's strange how vocal they are. Surprise Precious hasn't done any funny ones. Butch was known for a weird gurgle bark at a high pitch especially when he wanted something. Hermionee inherited it...all kinds of strange gurgle whines and barks come out of her mouth... Riot did a bit of that but not much... HJ was by far the best talker we had. I've not met a pit that didn't make some kind of weird noise or gesture (smiling as the most common).

He's always talking and making funny sounds. I swear, occasionally it sounds like he's trying to speak english....

Precious makes a few sounds. But she's pretty much quiet. Occasionally she'll bark to get my attention, but normally she's just alerting me to something off kilter or not normal.

BUKI is the wierd one. She makes the most gawd awful noises. Not funny like Mickey. She gets this whiney gurgling choking sound. Its kinda scary because you think somethings wrong... but thers not! She just wants attention or wants out of her kennel.....

As far as the Pit Smile... oh yeah, the dog never stops!!!

 

Buki gets that sound thing from Butch. It sounds like the sound she's making is the exact sound Butch made to get what he wanted. He knew that weird sound would get results and... with that sound echoing through an indoor gym at a show...you bet he gets what he wants to shut him up... Icky sound...
